Middlebrook Playschool is looking for a new After School Director. This position is a part time position with the hours of 2:00-6:00, except for days when public schools have early dismissal or are closed for breaks and holidays. *If more hours are wanted, there are morning hours that you can work in other classrooms. During breaks, the hours will be full time and may vary. As one of the After School teachers and as Director, you will be responsible for driving the bus to pick up the children from school. We will make sure you are adequately trained and that you get your F-Endorsement! Other responsibilities include:

- Building relationships with students by talking and playing with them

-Writing and implementing lesson plans for art and group activities

- Cleaning duties at the end of the day

Specific Director's responsibilities include:

-Planning and implementing an engaging summer program full of field trips, swimming, and special events.

-Being in charge of Transportation and making sure driver's files are up to date

-Making sure the classroom is well stocked with supplies, games, and art activities

-Maintaining good relationships with staff, children, and parents

-Closing the building down at the end of the night

This position requires you to have CPR and First Aid Certification, F Endorsement on your License, and ability to pass a drug test and background check. We will make sure that you get all the training that you need

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
